Writer, beer drinker, interested in anything cool and nothing whatsoever. No tests about drug abuse were made, but come on, what are the chances that there were none in his system? The man who was bitten, is said to be left permanently disfigured due to the severity of the bite. He also managed to bite one officer on the lower leg. Which makes me wonder, was he under the influence or something...or simply hungry as hell.
